Meet Farrin Gustafson
Hi there! I’m Farrin- wife, mother, former teacher, possibly the only person still watching Grey’s Anatomy, and family travel expert! I began my work in the travel industry right after our second child was born in 2018 and I wanted to be able to travel with our kids as much as possible. Since then I’ve helped over 400 families enjoy magical experiences over and over again!
My clients are busy parents and grandparents who want the most enchanting experiences but don’t have the time to do the research and basically learn the second language that is required to effectively plan a Disneyland, Disney World, Disneyland Paris, Disney Cruise, or Universal Studios vacation. On occasion, these families are looking to travel to other destinations but the research that it takes to accomplish a stress-free experience is overwhelming and time consuming.

First
During your complimentary consultation, we will get to know one another a bit to make sure that the vibes are on point, discuss your vacation goals and how I can bring them to life, as well as go over the finer details of how my process works. From there, you’ll receive a proposal with the best vacation package option for your family.
I plan
Second
After you sign your contract and pay my planning and research fee, I’ll book your
fairytale-like accommodations and schedule all of your important calls for the duration of
our planning experience. I’ll be taking care of your dining and enchanting extras
reservations, tracking wait times for your itinerary creation, connecting you with other
small businesses to enhance your vacation experience, and make sure you’re set up
with Once Upon A Wardrobe for your complimentary styling services!
You travel
Third
Just before you embark on your enchanting excursion, we will have a final call (or coffee
date!) to go over the details of your custom itinerary and how to use the app for the
location of your vacation. Then, you travel! I’m here for you 24/7 while you’re traveling to
help with anything you need so that stress never even creeps into your mind while you’re
soaking up those meaningful memories with your loved ones.
